The key to wedding cocktails is to keep it simple and serve something that will appeal to most of your wedding guests, but with a special wedding day twist.

Here’s 3 of our favourites, perfect for those Summer outdoor weddings.

The Bramble

• 50ml gin (or swap for Ogilvy Scottish Vodka)
• 25ml lemon juice
• 12.5ml sugar syrup
• 12.5ml crème de Mure

The Bramble is a real crowd pleaser. Beautifully refreshing on a hot summer’s day.

Tom Collins

• 50ml gin
• 25ml lemon juice
• 25ml sugar syrup
• 125ml soda water

The Tom Collins is another favourite at The Tow Bar! Muddle some raspberries & honey together for a great variation of this classic cocktail.

Extra Boozy Tropical Whisky Sour

• 50ml Eagle Creek Bourbon
• 25ml Amaretto
• 50ml pineapple juice
• Juice of 1 lemon
• A dash of vanilla extract

This is like a whisky sour on its summer holiday. Beautifully balanced and a wonderful cocktail to get the party started on your wedding day!
