Paying Wedding Suppliers

One of the guiding principles at The Tow Bar as a mobile wedding bar business is full transparency with our couples. Every individual making an enquiry with us is sent two separate PDF documents titled ‘What’s Included?’ and ‘Questions to Ask’.

The second document contains some key questions every couple planning their wedding should be asking their suppliers. We’re confident in our own answers to these questions and stand behind them 100%.

One of the most important questions should be ‘which payment methods do you accept?’ If your supplier insists on only taking payment by bank transfer, a “friends and family” payment through Paypal or in cash then alarm bells should be ringing!

All of our Invoices (for paying your initial booking fee or any extras before your wedding date) are generated through Xero. Our guarantee is that you will always have the option to pay with a credit card when booking with The Tow Bar.

Paying by credit card gives you extra protection as a consumer. Although it means some extra fees at our end we are committed to offering this option to give our couples added peace of mind!

On the day of your wedding our bars are all cash and paper free. Our contactless card readers mean your guests only need their credit or debit card with them. If any receipts are needed these can be emailed to individuals on request.
